Nuestros envios se realizan a través de la Compañía de Correos de Austria, a través de la cual le ofrecemos dos diferentes tipos de pago con total garantía:

2 - Entrega contra reembolso, en la mayoría de paises de la UE:
Para esta modalidad de entrega hay un cargo de 5¤ por envio. Algunas compañías de correos locales pueden cargar un coste extra. Consulte su oficina local.
El plazo de entrega es de entre 5 a 10 dias hábiles después de haber recibido la transferencia bancaria o la confirmación de la orden en el caso de la modalidad de entrega contrareembolso.

3 - PAYPAL

En función del volumen del conjunto del pedido u otras razones técnicas, nos reservamos el derecho a servir la mercancía en entregas parciales. En tal caso se cobrarán los gastos extra de transporte.
Al recibir su orden de pedido le será remitida una comfirmación de la orden donde se explicitarán los gastos de envio y la fecha estimada de envio.

Puede devolver el producto en un plazo de 10 dias si no está satisfecho, pero debido a la alta calidad de nuestros productos, estamos seguros que esto nunca será necesario.

For all contracts entered into with Tec Trading sro following conditions apply:

1. The offer is subject to change.

2. All prices are included valid tax. Apply on the day of the sale prices. At any price the buyer will be informed, and is free to resign from the sale.

3. The prices are without packing and shipping.

4. If the buyer ordered the adoption of catalog items, 25% of the purchase price as damages payable, excluding costs that the seller must demonstrate.

5. An Exchange for failing to favor the buyer or because it is''otherwise has considered''is excluded. Except it is expressly accepted by the seller.

6. For complaints / defects must be the buyer within 10 days after receipt of the consignment in writing by registered letter with View certificate or notification via email and receive confirmation from the seller. A return without prior notification will not be accepted.

7. The dispatch is made at the risk of the buyer. For shipping damage is the package at a post office of the buyer indicated. A liability for Transport damage is for the seller in any case excluded. Although in principle all packages are insured with 512.00 euro.

8. Returns must be in original carton and in the original Packaging. The return from the buyer is sufficiently release. Unfree Returns are not accepted. Except it is written and the the seller agreed.
