We do worldwide shipping through Austrian post that's why we can offer three different kind of payment.

 

1. Payment in advance via bank wire:

The EU-standard wire costs are closely to inland expenses. From other countries and overseas, please ask your local bank.

2. Payment by delivery to most EU-countries:

We add 5,00€ but some local posts are charging additional cost, ask your local post.

 

3. PAYPAL

 

Upon receipt of your order you will receive confirmation of the order including shipping charges and estimated shipping date. Delivery time is 5-10 working days after receiving the money or after order confirmation. We reserve the right to partial delivery, paying extra on this course we take.

Track & Trace online service lets you check your parcel's delivery status at any time.

 

You can return the product within ten days if you are not totally satisfied but because of the products quality, we guarantee you won´t.

For all contracts entered into with Tec Trading s.r.o. following conditions apply:

 

1. The offer is subject to change.

 

2. All prices are included valid tax. Apply on the day of the sale prices. At any price the buyer will be informed, and is free to resign from the sale.

 

3. The prices are without packing and shipping.

 

4. If the buyer ordered the adoption of catalogue items, 15% of the purchase price as damages payable, excluding costs that the seller must demonstrate.

 

5. An Exchange for failing to favour the buyer or because it is ''otherwise has considered'' is excluded, unless it is expressly accepted by the seller.

 

6. For complaints / defects must be the buyer within 10 days after receipt of the consignment in writing by registered letter with View certificate or notification via email and receive confirmation from the seller. A return without prior notification will not be accepted.

 

7. The dispatch is made at the risk of the buyer. For shipping damage is the package at a post office of the buyer indicated. A liability for Transport damage is for the seller in any case excluded. Although in principle all packages are insured with 512.00 euro.

 

8. Returns must be in original carton and in the original Packaging. The return from the buyer is sufficiently release. Unfree Returns are not accepted. Except it is written and the seller agreed.

 

9. Jurisdiction is Bratislava, Slovakia.
